*festival début

Many of you will remember the wonderful Tim Ridout who played several concerts last year. We’re also really thrilled to welcome Savitri Grier’s sister Indira, and a wonderful young violinist new to the festival called Emma Purslow. They join the amazing Clio Gould and Rebecca Gilliver (principal cello of the LSO) and finally three members of Chineke!, among them Briamah Kanneh-Mason, brother of Sheku who won the Young Musician of the Year this year.

See the “best bits” of Chineke!’s debut performance at the BBC Proms 2017 here.
