Stoke by Nayland is a beautiful village on the edge of the Stour Valley with one of Suffolk’s finest wool churches, situated within 45 minutes’ drive of Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Woodbridge, Saffron Waldon, Long Melford, Clare, Lavenham, Colchester, Braintree and Sudbury.
Lanes around the village are narrow and we ask for your consideration as you approach the venue. ALL performers and visitors should park on the large recreation ground, the entrance to which (on School Street) is opposite the village school and should be accessed from the north via the B1068, not via the south end of School Street, which is exceptionally narrow. There is a clear path from the recreation ground into the churchyard, which will be specially lit for Roman River concerts.
We are very grateful for the support of the church team and local residents, and will have stewards on hand at all concerts to assist. Blue badge holders should contact us in advance (firstname.lastname@example.org) to arrange parking or assistance from their vehicles.
Below is the seating plan for Saturday 1st October 2016. The stage is at the top of the plan.
