Volunteer!
Over 50 volunteers help us stage the festival each year, bringing energy and enthusiasm to a wide variety of roles, from helping in our office to greeting the public at our events.
Volunteering is a fantastic way to learn new skills and build confidence while helping to put on one of the country’s most exciting cultural festivals.
Roman River volunteers are a diverse and supportive community who are passionate about the arts, the festival and our local area. They have access to special events during the Festival and at other times of the year. And of course there’s the after-show party to which everyone involved in the festival is invited!
Work Experience:
We are always looking for keen individuals who would like to gain some valuable work experience either in event management, marketing or box office. Our work experience and paid intern roles are suitable for students or recent graduates.
